• Warming & spicy: cinnamon, clove, ginger, nutmeg – perfect for a cozy autumn atmosphere.
• Woody & balsamic: cedar wood, Swiss stone pine, cypress, juniper – ideal for clarity and grounding.
• Citrus & fresh: orange, bergamot – for lightness and a good mood.

Mixing inspiration (diffuser, approx. 200 ml water): 2 tr. orange + 1 tr. cinnamon + 1 tr. cedarwood (cozy “Autumn-Glow”). Or 2 drops of Swiss stone pine + 1 drop of juniper + 1 drop of bergamot (fresh mountain air).

Application & Dosage

• Diffuser: 3-6 drops depending on the size of the room.
• Fragrance stone/porcelain: 1-3 drops, renew as required.
• Room spray (DIY): 100 ml water + 10-20 drops, shake well.
• Body oil**: 2-3 drops to 10 ml carrier oil (e.g. almond, jojoba).
