What does “Nisu Rau” mean?

The term “Nisu Rau” is not a clearly botanically defined plant name. In ethnobotanical studies on Rapé varieties, “Nisu Rau” is mentioned as the name for a certain Rapé variant, without a clearly identifiable individual botanical plant being assigned.
