Open Heart Herbs – ceremonial cocoa for conscious rituals

Medicine Magic Open Heart Herbs is our heart-oriented cocoa blend: Premium Criollo cocoa from Colombia,
combined with rose, hawthorn, damiana as well as warming spices and a fine chili note.
This composition was created for moments when you slow down, feel and consciously align yourself – whether in a cacao ceremony,
in a circle or all by yourself.

How this mixture feels

• Heat & Grounding: Spices and chilli give depth, warmth and a pleasant activation

Preparation

Per serving (guideline): 25–50 g cocoa mixture to 200–250 ml of water or plant-based milk.

1. Heat the liquid to approx. 45 °C (do not boil).
2. Stir in the cocoa mixture and froth vigorously (whisk or blender).
3. Round off with a little maple syrup or honey if desired.
4. Drink slowly and take your time (e.g. with breath, music, journaling).

Tip: If you’re new to ceremonial cacao or are sensitive to stimulating foods, start with 25g.

Ceremonial-grade cocoa ( Theobroma cacao, Criollo, Colombia), cocoa butter, rose ( Rosa damascena),
hawthorn (Crataegus), damiana (Turnera diffusa),
spices (cinnamon, cardamom, clove), chili blend (Amazon varieties).

• Naturally contains caffeine/theobromine (typical for cocoa). Not recommended for children and those with caffeine sensitivity.
