Guayusa Extract

Plant extract from Ilex Guayusa – inspired by Amazonian tradition

This tincture contains an extract from the leaves of the guayusa tree (Ilex guayusa), an evergreen plant from the Amazon region of Ecuador. In many indigenous cultures, guayusa has been used for generations as an important plant in morning rituals and ceremonies for energy and focus.

Our extract is produced with great care – from sustainably harvested leaves and processed in a gentle process to preserve the characteristic properties of the plant on a subtle level.

Guayusa in the tradition
Guayusa is considered a “guardian plant” by the Kichwa people of Ecuador. At dawn, it is traditionally drunk in ritual tea sessions to promote clarity, alertness and inner focus. This connection to nature and to one’s own dreams is reflected in its use today as an energetic product.

Application
Add 1-5 drops to a glass of water or directly under the tongue. You can use the tincture as part of mindfulness, meditation or your personal rituals, for example.

Origin
The guayusa leaves come from organically managed small farms in Ecuador. They are processed on site using cold extraction in order to preserve their natural quality as much as possible.
