What is Ponte Kené?

In the Shipibo tradition, Kené means “design” or “pattern” – they are visual representations of spiritual information that are perceived in altered states of consciousness, such as through ayahuasca.
Ponte Kené refers to a particularly dense, harmonious pattern that is considered the center of energetic alignment and healing . It has an ordering, protective and balancing effect on a subtle level.
