Our organic raw cocoa nibs from Peru are purist fragments of the unroasted cocoa bean – directly and fairly traded with
smallholder cooperatives in the Peruvian Amazon region. After harvesting, the beans are fermented and gently dried at low temperatures to preserve the aroma and texture.

Taste & Use

The cocoa beans come from ecologically diverse mixed cultures in the Peruvian Amazon.

Our cacao nibs can be wonderfully integrated into homemade chocolate creations. For example, try crunchy chocolate sticks:
Ingredients:

• 100 g dark chocolate
• 2 tbsp organic raw cocoa nibs
• 1 tsp coconut oil

Preparation:

1. Melt the chocolate together with the coconut oil in a water bath.
2. Stir in the cocoa nibs and spread the mixture on baking paper.
3. Let cool, cut into strips and enjoy!
