Description
Our high-quality, organic cocoa comes from the region around the Rio Abiseo National Park, located in the province of Mariscal Caceres, San Martin in Peru. This region is known for growing some of the best organic cocoa varieties in the world. This was confirmed by the award at the prestigious Salón del Chocolate in Paris last year.
Our suppliers work closely with local farmers to collect fresh cocoa. The ceremonial cocoa from Peru is then carefully fermented, dried, selected, packaged and offered as a finished product.
This raw cacao is of the highest quality and perfect for cacao ceremonies.
