This region is known for growing some of the best organic cocoa varieties in the world, as impressively confirmed by the award at the prestigious Salón del Chocolate in Paris. Peruvian ceremonial cocoa is processed by hand according to traditional methods. Our suppliers work closely with local farmers to ensure that only the best and freshest cocoa beans are harvested.
